It takes the imagination and passion of all of us—from design and engineering to the manufacturing and marketing of our billions of MedTech products per year—to look at the impossible and find transformative solutions that turn dreams into possibilities. **Job Description** =================== * Accompany surgeries at assigned accounts under the direct supervision of the manager or sales representative; * Visit assigned accounts and mapped physicians—whether in offices, clinics, outpatient facilities, or hospitals—with alignment from the manager or sales representative; * Collaborate in identifying key regional product development opportunities; plan, schedule, and sequence visits accordingly; * Operate within a defined territory with moderate revenue potential from a customer portfolio composed of hospitals and distributors (where applicable), as pre-established; * Support execution of key product development projects with target customers; * Promote and generate demand for target and/or core products jointly with the sales team, aligned with the promotional cycle; * Provide technical support to surgeons, nursing teams, and surgical technologists regarding the company’s OPME products; * Conduct technical training sessions with foundational knowledge of the portfolio, targeting a more limited audience; * Assist in collecting surgical mapping data from portfolio hospitals for market share tracking and initial opportunity identification; * Conduct prospecting visits to accounts not recently covered by the sales representative, aiming to map types of surgeries performed; * Verify and report product inventory levels at visited hospitals; * Ensure product availability in the operating room during accompanied procedures; * Obtain simple technical evaluation reports (approval/rejection) for test samples from surgeons; * Observe and record usage of competing products at visited sites; * Prepare weekly visit route reports; * Participate in internal training sessions and meetings; * Strictly comply with compliance, ethics, safety, and internal policy requirements.
