**INSTALLATION AND SUPPORT TECHNICIAN** Jundiaí/SP – On-site FDF Ponto \& Acesso is seeking committed, organized professionals who are eager to grow with the company! We specialize in access control solutions, time and attendance systems, and technical support for businesses. Key responsibilities: * Install and configure equipment and systems; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance; * Provide on-site and remote technical support; * Customer service via phone, WhatsApp, and other channels provided by the company; * On-site visits to clients; * Assist with testing, training, and basic user guidance; * Use company-provided vehicle or transportation to travel to client locations; * Availability for travel when required. Requirements: * Proficiency in computer skills; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Professional demeanor; * Organization and proactivity; * Driver's license category B (mandatory). ✅ No prior experience required The company provides training and support for professional development. Working hours: Monday to Friday 07:30 AM to 5:18 PM, including a 1-hour lunch break.
