Focused on the future, we are driven by the pursuit of excellence in everything we do. **Mandatory Requirements** **Technical Skills:** * **Project Management:** Solid knowledge of methodologies such as Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall. Certifications such as PMP, PMI\-ACP or Scrum Master are preferred. * **Planning and Execution:** Ability to develop and implement detailed project plans, including scope definition, scheduling, and resource allocation. * **Risk Management:** Capability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle. * **Management Tools:** Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, and Asana. * **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, facilitating interaction between technical teams and stakeholders. * **Data Analysis:** Experience using metrics and KPIs to monitor project progress and present clear reports to senior management. * Experience with corporate systems and SAP **Experience:** * **Team Management:** Leadership of development, design, and QA teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. * **Stakeholder Engagement:** Ongoing interaction with clients and stakeholders, ensuring alignment of expectations and project objectives. * **Project Delivery:** Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget, with a focus on customer satisfaction. **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in \[Relevant Field] (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering). * Postgraduate degree/MBA in Project Management or related fields (optional). **Personal Attributes:** * Proactive, results-oriented, and possessing strong problem-solving abilities. * Adaptable to change and challenges in dynamic environments.
