Job Summary: A Fiscal Operator responsible for supervising store operations, controlling entries and exits, conducting anti-theft tests, and assisting with internal processes and customer service. Focus on delivering the best shopping experience A variety store is seeking a Fiscal Operator in Rio de Janeiro (South Zone). **Responsibilities:** Supervise and monitor store operations to prevent potential thefts or damages. Control the entry and exit of employees, customers, and goods. Conduct daily anti-theft system tests. Monitor internal store processes such as cash withdrawals, internal purchases, display inventory counts, among others. Apply label tags to selected products. Assist in goods receipt, including unloading trucks carrying products. Assist customers in purchasing items from the website that are not available in stock. Deliver the best shopping experience, delighting and retaining customers. Perform tasks relevant to standard Fiscal Operator routines. Position based in Rio de Janeiro / RJ. Previous experience as a Fiscal Analyst, Fiscal Assistant, Fiscal Coordinator, or Fiscal Supervisor may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. High school diploma completed.
