**Position Objective:** Responsible for the operational execution of the institution’s events, acting across all stages of the process — from theme and speaker curation, briefing receipt and analysis, to results consolidation. Supports planning, organization, monitoring, and documentation of event-related activities, ensuring alignment among involved departments, adherence to schedules, delivery quality, and correct implementation of actions. Collaborates with internal teams, suppliers, and partners, following institutional standards and guidelines, reporting to the Events Coordination.

A Senior Analyst’s responsibilities extend beyond execution to include analysis, process improvement, and guidance.
**Planning**
* Receive and analyze theme and speaker curation from briefings together with curators and involved departments.
* Develop and monitor timelines, ensuring adherence to agreed deadlines.
* Organize event-related deliverables flow in management and tracking tools.
Participate in project planning, kick-off, and alignment meetings.

**Curation and Content**
* Support content development for events jointly with curators and coordination.
* Support mapping and updating the database of speakers and experts.
* Participate in event content alignment sessions, contributing to panel and speaker journey organization.
Ensure communication flow and monitoring with speakers, moderators, and curators.

**Speaker and Guest Relations**
* Manage formal invitation processes for speakers, moderators, and special participants.
* Collect registration information, short bios, photos, image usage authorizations, and presentation materials.
* Schedule and attend alignment meetings with speakers and moderators.
Conduct pre-event communications, including reminders and operational instructions.

**Event Production and Operations**
* Organize event scripts, stage cue sheets, and supporting documents.
* Coordinate timing, logistics, and operational alignment with involved teams.
* Participate in the execution of in-person, hybrid, and online events.
* Conduct technical rehearsals and final alignments with speakers and suppliers.
* Support internal routine management
**Requirements and Qualifications**
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Public Relations, Social Communication, Business Administration, Tourism, or related fields.
**Desired Experience**
* Prior experience managing and producing corporate events — in-person, hybrid, and online.
* Knowledge of project management methodologies.
* Experience engaging with speakers and stakeholders.
* Experience tracking timelines and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
**Languages**: English — desirable.
**Technical and Behavioral Competencies:**
**Technical Skills**
* Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
* Project management tools (Planner, Trello, Lists, or similar).
* Online and hybrid event platforms.
* Knowledge of performance indicator analysis and satisfaction surveys.
