If you want to play an integral part in achieving our ambitious plans for growth and delivering an exceptional consultancy service for our clients in the LATAM \& NA region, whilst progressing your own career in a supportive and dynamic environment, we want to hear from you! **Job Description:** The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the commissioning process of data centers, ensuring that all electrical systems are installed, tested, and operational according to project specifications and standards.### **Key Responsibilities** * **Commissioning Planning and Execution:** + Develop and review commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules. + Conduct inspections, tests, and validations of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and emergency systems. + Document and report findings, issues, and resolutions. + Requesting for Information (RFI's) monitoring * **Coordination and Communication:** + Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with project requirements. + Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders. + Participate in project meetings and provide updates on commissioning progress. * **Quality Assurance and Control:** + Ensure all commissioning activities comply with industry standards and client requirements. + Identify and resolve issues during the commissioning process. + Conduct quality audits and witness necessary site tests. * **Risk Management:** + Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans. + Monitor and report on the status of risk mitigation efforts. * **Documentation and Reporting:** + Prepare and maintain commissioning documentation and reports, including Commissioning and Sequence of Energization Plans. + Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and approved. + Technical Analysis: executive design, inspection plans, commissioning reports (FAT's, FWT's and site tests), technical specifications, submittals and tests scripts. * **Schedule:** + Executive schedule monitoring. + Deliveries monitoring. * **Perform additional duties as assigned** ### **Preferred Qualifications/ Relevant Experience** * 3\-5 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably with a focus on data center projects. * Experience in LV/MV electrical equipment and systems commissioning processes and procedures is mandatory and highly desirable. * Experience in data center LV/MV electrical equipment and systems commissioning processes and procedures is highly desirable. * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. * Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus (Brazilian Standards: NR10 Basic \+ SEP) * Certifications in commissioning, and MBA are a plus. * Organized and detailed oriented ### **About Soben part of Accenture** Founded in 2011, Soben is an award winning, international consultancy providing ‘cradle\-to\-grave’ procurement, cost, contract, commercial, project and programme management services for blue chip national and international contracting organisations.
