




Description: * Previous experience operating Salesforce Marketing Cloud (minimum of 1.5 to 2 years). * Practical knowledge of modules: Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Content Builder. * Experience building relationship workflows, automations, and multichannel campaigns. * Proficiency in SQL for creating queries and segmentations within the platform. * Familiarity with AMPscript for content personalization and dynamic variables. * Experience in QA processes, testing, and campaign validation. * Basic knowledge of data management, segmentation, and integrations via FTP or API. * Organizational skills, analytical thinking, and results orientation. * Strong communication skills for interacting with business, marketing, and technology teams. * Execute CRM campaigns on Salesforce Marketing Cloud using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Content Builder. * Create, configure, and optimize relationship workflows, automated journeys, and customized flows. * Develop segmentations, filters, SQL queries, and databases to ensure relevant and targeted communication. * Set up and execute multichannel campaigns: email marketing, SMS, push notification, web push, and WhatsApp. * Use languages such as AMPscript for content personalization and automation. * Conduct A/B testing, validations, QA for campaigns and automations, and monitor performance and generate reports. * Troubleshoot technical and operational issues, proposing agile and effective solutions. * Continuously seek improvements in processes, workflows, and CRM strategies, supporting the team's maturity evolution. * Ensure all actions comply with privacy policies and LGPD, focusing on customer data security. 2511080202181713792
