Responsibilities
* Analyze user requirements and technical documents to develop comprehensive test cases
* Design and execute unit, integration, system, regression, functional, end-to-end, and user acceptance tests
* Automate tests using tools such as Selenium, Appium, REST Assured, flutter_test, RSpec, and Capybara
* Set up test environments and perform manual testing when required
* Identify quality risks and propose mitigation plans in collaboration with development teams
* Generate quality metrics reports to track defects and coverage
* Apply agile quality practices such as exploratory testing and TDD
* Collaborate with product managers and developers across all stages of the development lifecycle
Technical Requirements
* Experience in software engineering and quality assurance
* Solid knowledge of agile, Lean, and DevOps practices
* Experience in test automation using frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver and JUnit
* Proficiency in Ruby or Dart for test automation
* Experience with Ruby-based automation (RSpec, Capybara) and API testing (Postman, Insomnia, HTTParty, RestClient)
* Knowledge of Flutter/Dart application testing using flutter_test
* Familiarity with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Bitrise
* Experience with test management tools: Jira, Xray, Zephyr
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Agile mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities
