Our Concrete Mixer Truck Driver will be responsible for driving and operating concrete mixer trucks to transport concrete to construction sites, complying with traffic laws and signage, and ensuring vehicle and third-party safety. **Responsibilities and Duties** Ensure proper cargo documentation for the vehicle, verifying its legality and consistency with load volumes, and presenting it to traffic authorities upon request at inspection checkpoints; Guarantee product delivery to the customer in accordance with technical specifications stated on the invoice; Inspect the concrete loaded at the concrete plant, adding water in the appropriate proportion when necessary, sealing the drum, and recording the inspection on the designated form; Wash the vehicle’s exterior and the interior of the drum at the end of each shift to prevent concrete buildup that could damage the drum or the equipment’s paint; Report any incidents occurring during transit to the control center that may compromise delivery or final product quality; Perform slump tests and prepare concrete test specimens as instructed by the plant operator, ensuring delivery meets the company’s quality standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed elementary education; Driver’s license Category C with EAR endorsement; Experience in transportation and operation of trucks (dry van) and/or concrete mixer trucks. **Additional Information** We offer: Competitive salary commensurate with the role; Medical assistance at no monthly cost for employees and dependents; Dental assistance at no monthly cost for employees; Zen Club psychological support platform; Childcare allowance for children up to 5 years old; Profit-sharing program; Pharmacy discount program; Life insurance; On-site meals; Meal allowance; Transportation allowance.
