Job Summary: Professional responsible for building maintenance, including replacements, cleaning, repairs, and support for preventive and corrective maintenance in Civil and Mechanical areas. Key Highlights: 1. Performing general building maintenance and environmental conservation services. 2. Supporting preventive and corrective maintenance in Civil and Mechanical areas. 3. Executing painting, masonry, plumbing, and carpentry tasks. **Job Description:** ---------------------- Responsibilities: Perform general building maintenance services; Replace, swap, clean parts and repair components and equipment; Maintain internal and external environments; Support preventive and corrective maintenance in Civil and Mechanical areas; Assist with facility layout adaptations and modifications; Execute painting, masonry, plumbing, and carpentry tasks; Respond to maintenance requests by evaluating issues and seeking prompt and safe solutions; Support the Maintenance team in simple tasks; Ensure proper care of machines, equipment, and tools; Comply with company safety regulations and procedures; Perform other duties related to this position. **Desired Qualifications:** -------------------------- Requirements: Solid knowledge of masonry, painting, plumbing, and carpentry; NR 35 – Working at Heights; Training as per the Function’s Versatility Matrix; Experience may be assessed through a practical test and/or performance evaluation. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NO **Salary:** ------------ $2,551\.47 **Benefits:** --------------- Food basket, shuttle service, transportation allowance (VT), on-site medical clinic and cafeteria. **Work Location:** ---------------------- JOTAEME FITAFER \- HEAD OFFICE **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
