We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to support the evolution of our conversational platform. You will work side by side with the Product team, monitoring the health of WABA, 0800, and '103' services at NIO, supporting the development and evolution of common platform capabilities — A/B testing, integration with AI agents, overflow rules, load balancing, analytics, CRM triggers, and media. You will also support other teams in building experiences on the platform and managing message-broker services (SMS, e\-mail, WhatsApp). We seek a hands\-on, analytical individual eager to learn and grow within the conversational products domain. **Responsibilities and Duties** Support defining and tracking KPIs (CSAT, FCR, AHT) for the conversational platform. Monitor operational health of WABA, 0800, and '103' services and their respective numbers. Support development and evolution of common platform capabilities, such as A/B testing and integration with AI agents. Support other teams in building experiences on the platform. Document processes, requirements, and product decisions. Assist in monitoring message-broker services (SMS, e\-mail, WhatsApp). **Requirements and Qualifications** Previous experience in Product (Associate/Analyst/Mid-level), preferably with conversational products or WhatsApp. Analytical profile, comfortable working with product data and metrics. Hands\-on, proactive profile with eagerness to learn. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and business teams. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, or Business Administration. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with market tools for conversational experiences (e.g., Blip, Twilio). Experience with WhatsApp Business API.
