Job Summary: A professional to join the MES Technical Communication team, responsible for supporting product launches, creating supporting materials, and collaborating with internal teams. To continue enhancing business and people success, we are seeking a technology professional to join our team as an **Applications and Technical Communication Analyst.** **We are seeking a professional to join our MES Technical Communication team, responsible for supporting new product launches, creating supporting materials, and working closely with internal teams. If you possess strong communication skills, organizational ability, and interest in technology, this opportunity is for you!** **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Supporting new product launches, including planning and execution; * Creating narratives and supporting materials for product sales; * Providing support to technical teams for MES software installation and configuration; * Developing technical and commercial materials such as manuals, presentations, videos, and images; * Conducting and organizing internal training sessions on new products; * Internal communication via Intranet, keeping the team updated on news and changes; * Supporting software development project management, collaborating with Development, QA, Support, Implementation, Marketing, and Sales departments. **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Communications, Marketing, or related fields; * Experience in documentation development. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Familiarity with visual creation tools (images, videos); * Creativity in developing sales pitches for products; * Experience in project management, with focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results; * Knowledge of MES systems and industrial processes; * Basic knowledge of programming and SQL Server.
