Promote Lean-Agile culture and continuous improvement Join a company that loves transforming with technology and embraces diversity in all its forms! **Responsibilities and Duties** Act as an Agile Coach supporting organizational agile transformation Conduct individual coaching (for leaders, Product Owners, Scrum Masters) using models such as GROW, structured feedback, and behavioral techniques Lead team agile coaching, addressing dysfunctions, maturity evolution, and competency development Facilitate agile ceremonies and scaled events (e.g., PI Planning, retrospectives, reviews) Plan and support execution of Program Increments (PI) Define and communicate agile calendars (iterations and increments) Promote Lean\-Agile culture and continuous improvement mindset Support leaders and stakeholders in value-oriented decision-making Encourage collaboration among teams, architecture, and business areas Manage and optimize value flow using practices such as Kanban and information radiators Implement and evolve scaled agile frameworks **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory:** Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields Experience in IT projects Agile frameworks: Scrum, SAFe, Lean Kanban, XP, FDD, Nexus, and LeSS Experience with scaled agility (Scaled Agile) Facilitation and workshop facilitation techniques Coaching: GROW model, structured feedback, metacognition, behavioral hypotheses, use of canvases and visual tools for facilitation, agile metrics and flow management (lead time, throughput, etc.) **Additional Information** **Desirable:** Agile certification (at least one of the following): DAD – Disciplined Agile Delivery Certified SAFe Scrum Master Certified SAFe Advanced Scrum Master Certified SAFe Release Train Engineer SPS – Scaled Professional Scrum (Nexus) SAFe Agilist LeSS Practitioner Want to learn more about us and join the team building the future? **\#VemSerSpreader** **Transforming the world with technology** We are nearly 2\.500 Spreaders, distributed across 22 Brazilian states through Spread Anywhere, enabling us to work **100% remotely**, depending on the contract model.
