Job Summary: A professional responsible for the installation, activation, and maintenance of internet and telephone services, including cable routing, connectorization, and equipment configuration. Key Highlights: 1. Internet and telephone service installation and activation 2. Network and equipment maintenance and repair 3. On-site technical support (residential or commercial) Installation and Activation: Install internet services (fiber optic, radio, coaxial cable) and telephone services. Route cables (indoor and outdoor), deploy fiber optic cables, and perform connectorization. Install equipment such as routers, ONTs, modems, and switches. Perform initial equipment configuration to ensure service functionality. Maintenance and Repair: Identify and resolve network and equipment faults. Replace damaged cables, connectors, or devices. Conduct signal and quality tests (e.g., optical power, connection speed). On-site technical support (residential or commercial).
