Equipment maintenance and access management support An office furniture company is seeking **Technology students currently enrolled in their 2nd to 3rd semester** for an internship opportunity. **Responsibilities**: * Provide technical support (on-site or remote) to internal users; * Assist with handling and resolving basic hardware and software incidents; * Support installation and configuration of software and operating systems; * Assist with email account and access configuration; * Support preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment (computers, printers); * Provide basic network, server, and internet monitoring support; * Assist with access management (creation, modification, and revocation of permissions); * Support documentation of internal processes, procedures, and systems (e.g., manual creation); * Support research and evaluation of new technologies applicable to the company's challenges. **Location**: Inhaúma, Rio de Janeiro **Schedule**: Monday to Friday \- 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (30-minute break) **Benefits**: Internship stipend of R$1\.200 \+ Transportation allowance \+ Meal voucher **Requirements**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; computer maintenance knowledge. **Preferred Qualifications**: Knowledge of systems.
