Job Summary: Providing technical support to customers using commercial automation and ERP systems, both remotely and on-site, with the goal of continuous technical growth and active participation in the company's expansion. Support for ERP systems and modern tools (including AI) You will provide technical support to customers using automation and ERP systems, both remotely and on-site. We seek candidates with a strong technical foundation, logical reasoning, organizational skills, and genuine motivation to advance technically while actively contributing to the company's expansion. **Main Responsibilities** Remote and on-site technical support Installation and configuration of commercial automation equipment ERP system support Registration, tracking, and closure of technical support tickets On-site technical visits when required Basic assistance with customers' fiscal, accounting, financial, commercial, and administrative routines **Mandatory Technical Requirements** Solid computer literacy (operating systems, Office suite with advanced Excel) Database knowledge (SQL, Firebird) Data and report analysis (advanced Excel, BI tools) Networking: internet, Wi-Fi, and cabling Basic accounting and tax knowledge (invoice issuance, taxes, fiscal procedures) Proficiency with technology, ERP management systems, and modern tools (including AI) Ability to follow established processes and accurately document support interactions Minimum Education: Technical Course * Annual performance bonus * Career development plan with real opportunities for technical and salary advancement * Birthday Day Off + Gift Voucher (linked to performance and attendance) * Medical and dental assistance (with co-payment) — available after probation period * Meal Allowance: R$ 770.00 * Transportation Allowance (6% deduction as per legislation)
