Job Summary: The Technical Support Analyst I will provide on-site support for microcomputer, telephony, network, and telecom equipment, resolving hardware and software incidents. Key Highlights: 1. User support for Windows systems and commercial off-the-shelf software We currently have an opening for a Technical Support Analyst I and would like to confirm your interest; Salary: R$ 2\.414,61 What You Will Do: Provide on-site support at the client's premises for microcomputer equipment and basic telephony, network, and telecom support; Resolve hardware and software incidents; Transfer data/perform data backups; Support users' inquiries regarding Windows equipment and commercial off-the-shelf software; Install application software per client policy; Printers – install/configure drivers; Install/uninstall backup equipment; Update tickets in the ticketing tool; Update and create work instructions; Multimedia \- Video Conferencing Equipment (Logitech and Poly). Requirements: Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields; Prior experience in technical support; Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems; Knowledge of computer networking; Benefits: Medical and dental assistance (NotreDame Intermedica), with no co-payment.
