Job Summary: The Activation team is responsible for installing, configuring, and performing maintenance on internet equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in the installation and maintenance of internet equipment. 2. Work collaboratively in a team with flexibility and agility. 3. Focus on customer satisfaction and innovation. Remember that feeling of customer joy when the doorbell rings and they see the technician arriving to install their internet? The Activation team consists of those technicians who visit customers to activate new connections and perform necessary maintenance.
