Job Summary: Professional responsible for preparing technical documentation, ensuring quality and optimization of engineering solutions for solar power plants, and addressing technical requirements of corporate clients. Pursuing innovative solutions in the solar market. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare technical documentation according to Comerc standards to support procurement of construction packages for solar power generation plants; * Ensure technical quality and optimization of the engineering solution to be adopted in new GD and GC projects; * Address corporate clients’ technical requirements related to Development, Implementation, and O&M of power plants, **particularly regarding protection, grid supervision, and substations**; * Provide technical solutions compliant with current regulations and engineering best practices, performing benchmarking and seeking innovative knowledge in the solar market; * Report dashboards and performance indicators for the area/department; * Manage and guide the team with a focus on excellence in results; * Promote discussions on innovative solutions aimed at optimizing costs and maximizing energy generation from solar plants; * Prepare analysis reports of technical proposals for contracting services and/or equipment. **Requirements:** **Academic Qualification:** * Electrical Engineering. **Technical Competencies:** * Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems and communication protocols for power plants and substations; * Communication architecture (TELECOM), protection, and supervision; * Grid/ONS procedures related to communication and operation of power plants; * Integration of point lists with SCADA and supervisory systems; * Technical knowledge of O&M routines for: substations, medium-voltage networks, and transmission lines; * Practices in developing basic and detailed engineering projects; * Use of optimization techniques and computational models; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and relevant technical software; * Development of KPIs and performance metrics. **Benefits:** * Meal Voucher; * Transportation Voucher; * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * Culture Voucher; * Totalpass; * Profit Sharing (PLR); * Birthday Day Off; * Life Insurance and more... **Company Information:** * São Paulo, SP
