The company is recognized as a modern car rental provider aligned with the latest technological trends, investing continuously in fleet diversification and renewal, employee training, and exclusive services. * We are seeking a SENIOR TELECOM TECHNICIAN - PJ * Shift schedule: 5x2 rotation - On-call duty * At our Mogi das Cruzes (Braz Cubas) unit. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Handle and resolve technical tickets related to telecommunications networks and systems. * Configure extensions, modems, call handling rules, and telecom features. * Monitor networks, perform tests and diagnostics for implementation and maintenance. * Support store expansion projects and system upgrades. * Develop and maintain operational procedures and knowledge base documentation. * Collaborate with other departments to resolve technical requests. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Implement, monitor, and maintain telecommunications systems and services (WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, VOIP). * Configure and administer equipment such as routers, switches, Wi-Fi controllers, and firewalls (Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba). * Monitor corporate networks to ensure stability, security, and performance. * Perform troubleshooting on IP platforms, SDH, MetroEthernet, and GPON. * Prepare technical documentation and performance reports. * Participate in system expansion, migration, or upgrade projects. * Support internal teams and vendors during solution deployment and technical support. **Additional Information** Bachelor's degree in Computer Networks, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields (completed or in progress). Experience: Minimum of 2 years in telecommunications, with focus on WAN/LAN networks, VOIP, fiber optics, and communication protocols. **Technical Knowledge:** Monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana). Network security (Firewalls, VPNs). SIP, WebRTC, PSTN protocols, and IP/Cloud PABX configuration. **Soft Skills:** Strong communication, proactivity, analytical ability, and teamwork. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), agile methodologies, and technical English. **Desired Skills:** Solving complex problems. Organization and attention to detail.
