Apply now and build the future of technology with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Design, evolve, and ensure sustained operation of the **corporate data architecture**, aligning it with the organization’s strategic business objectives; * Develop, monitor, and optimize end-to-end **data pipelines**, ensuring **high reliability, performance, scalability, and governance** of information; * Lead and execute **strategic data initiatives**, such as adopting **Data Mesh**, automating analytical processes, enhancing data observability, and continuously improving data platforms; * Define and promote **best practices, technical standards, and analytical frameworks**, driving efficiency, quality, and reuse of data assets; * Serve as the **technical reference for Power BI and analytics**, supporting multidisciplinary squads in data-driven decision-making; * Collaborate with business and technology teams to identify opportunities for advanced data and analytics usage to generate value; * Support **data governance initiatives**, ensuring security, traceability, quality, and compliance with internal policies. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Advanced proficiency in SQL (optimization, tuning, creation of complex structures); * Experience in data modeling (relational, dimensional, and event-oriented); * Knowledge of Python or Scala for automation and pipelines; * Familiarity with CI/CD for data (Git, automated pipelines); * Design and implementation of robust data pipelines (batch and streaming); * Experience with Microsoft Fabric: Lakehouse, Dataflows, Pipelines, and integration with Power BI; * Teradata: Performance tuning, partitioning, load strategies; * AWS: Services such as S3, Glue, Lambda, EMR, Athena, Redshift; * Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation); * Knowledge of Data Lake and Data Warehouse architectures; * Implementation of Data Quality (Great Expectations, dbt tests); * Monitoring and alerting; * Definition of SLAs/SLOs for pipelines; * Advanced documentation (Confluence, Data Catalog). **Additional Information** We are the **Grupo SysMap**, composed of the brands **SysMap Solutions, TriggoLabs, and triggo.ai**, an ecosystem of high-impact companies in the market, delivering innovative technology solutions that transform businesses and develop people.
