Reservation Assistant - Afternoon Shift

Job Summary: Responsible for selling apartments, providing information, negotiating rates, and managing and supporting hotel reservation operations in accordance with established standards and procedures. Support in rate analysis and fluctuation Job Description * Sell apartments, provide general information to guests about hotel facilities and services, and negotiate rates based on predefined parameters. * Send reservation confirmations to guests. * Attend to guests by phone, providing general information and clarifications regarding the hotel and its rates, following predefined criteria and standards. * Ensure full compliance with Reservation Department procedures, as well as prepare “Self-Control” processes and procedures. * Enter guest reservation information into the system, sourced from the chain’s Central Reservation Office and the Events Department. * Support the Reservation Supervisor and/or Front Office Coordinator in analyzing and suggesting necessary adjustments to the rate grid. Follow RM standards and procedures. * In the absence of the Reservation Supervisor, interface with RM/Front Office Manager for rate fluctuation. * Continuously monitor/verify hotel availability, jointly analyzing changes with the Reservation Supervisor and/or Front Office Coordinator. * Guide the Reservation Assistant’s work. * Perform other related duties as required by the department. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree completed in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Internet applications. Intermediate English proficiency.
