Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Store Receptionist to deliver fast and efficient service, assist customers, and ensure satisfaction at Vexnet Telecom. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Store Receptionist to deliver fast and efficient service to our customers, assist with inquiries, and ensure satisfaction. **WHAT WILL BE YOUR CHALLENGES?** * Greet and provide in-person and remote customer support, monitor issue resolution until completion, and ensure customer feedback; * Sell Vexnet solutions and services; * Assist and resolve customers’ financial inquiries (renegotiation, blocking, and unblocking); * Record all customer interactions and issues in the system; * Clarify customer inquiries clearly and accurately while maintaining effective and courteous communication; * Support other store activities. **WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?** * Completed high school education; * Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel); * Strong verbal communication skills; * Basic computer knowledge; * Availability for travel. **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?** * Knowledge of telecommunications is a plus; * Sales and customer service techniques; * Emotional intelligence; * Multitasking ability; * Empathy; * Commitment to quality and service excellence.
