Job Summary: A professional responsible for the installation, activation, and maintenance of telecommunications services, including FTTH/GPON, Optical, XDSL, and STFC, serving individual (PF), micro and small enterprise (MPE), and corporate customers. Key Highlights: 1. Performs installations and maintenance for telecommunications services (FTTH/GPON, XDSL) 2. Serves individual customers, micro and small enterprises (MPEs), and corporate clients with telecommunications services 3. Diagnoses, tests, and repairs network equipment to ensure service continuity ### **Responsibilities** Perform installation, activation, and corrective and preventive maintenance of telecommunications services, including broadband products using FTTH/GPON, Optical, XDSL, and STFC technologies. Provide technical support to individual customers, micro and small enterprises (MPEs), and corporate clients, ensuring service quality and compliance with company-established standards. Conduct diagnostics, testing, and repairs on equipment, networks, and connections to ensure service restoration and continuity. Guide customers on the proper use of contracted products and services, promoting a positive customer experience. Identify opportunities to improve and enhance contracted services by recommending migration, upgrades, or plan and technology adjustments according to customer profile and needs. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Algar Telecom’s product and service portfolio to contribute to offering solutions better aligned with customer demands. Record customer interactions, performed activities, and technical information in corporate systems to ensure process traceability and quality. Comply with safety, quality, and operational procedures during field activities. ### **Position Overview** CARRY OUT ACTIVITIES INVOLVING THE IMPLEMENTATION, PREVENTION, AND MAINTENANCE OF METALLIC AND OPTICAL NETWORKS.
