About the Opportunity We seek a People Management Analyst with strong expertise in Recruitment \& Selection to support the implementation of new contracts and high-volume vacancy management. This role requires agility, organization, and a results-driven mindset to ensure accurate team mobilizations. Main Responsibilities * Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes * Handle high-volume vacancies, especially during implementations * Screen operational, technical, and leadership profiles * Support and lead team mobilization for new contracts * Monitor recruitment \& selection (R\&S) metrics and prepare related reports * Propose improvements to selection processes * Perform generalist People Management tasks Profile Requirements * Experience in recruitment and selection, particularly in high-volume contexts * Experience with contract implementation or projects * Organizational skills, sense of priority, and agility * Analytical mindset and results orientation * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) * Completed undergraduate degree (Psychology, Business Administration, HR, or related fields) Preferred Qualifications * Experience in service, engineering, or telecommunications companies * Familiarity with R\&S metrics and systems (ATS) * Experience with large-scale mobilization * Knowledge of Bitrix24 * Experience with the Pandapé platform Benefits Meal Allowance: BRL 33.43 per working day Union Basket: BRL 1\.006,70 monthly (credited to VA card) Health and Dental Plan: SAMP Life Insurance Access to Wellz (psychological consultations) About the Company EQS Engenharia is a reference in the engineering sector, specializing in contract management for maintenance and installation services across telecommunications, infrastructure, energy, and climate control.
