Job Summary: Responsible for performing installation, maintenance, and technical support activities on internet networks, ensuring quality, safety, and operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance of tools and vehicles in accordance with safety standards. **Responsible for performing installation, maintenance, and technical support activities on internet networks**, following the service orders established by the company. The professional will interact directly with customers, ensuring quality, safety, and operational efficiency. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Install internet access equipment at customers' addresses. * Repair internet lines, resolving faults and instabilities. * Complete service orders within daily schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines. * Collect and report monthly subscription fees collected during installation, where applicable. * Retrieve and return recovered equipment from delinquent customers or those who have requested cancellation to the responsible department. * Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workplace. * Preserve and properly use tools, vehicles, and equipment provided by the company. * Follow safety regulations and internal procedures throughout all activities. **Mandatory Requirements** * Completed High School Education * Valid Driver's License (CNH) * Courses/Certifications: **NR10, NR35, and NR06 (Not mandatory)** * Availability for field work **Desired Behavioral Competencies** * Prudence * Concentration * Organization * Extraversion (strong communication skills with customers) **Benefits** * Seniority Bonus * Hazard Pay – **30%** * Performance Excellence Bonus * Internet Access (where applicable to the role) * Meal Allowance * Deezer – Audio Streaming * Max – Video Streaming * Dental Plan Employment Type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$1\.780,00 \- R$3\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Dental Assistance * Meal Voucher
