We are seeking an Installation Supervisor in the Pinhais region to oversee technical teams responsible for **installation**, **maintenance**, and **repair** of telecommunications services. The professional will be challenged to ensure operational quality, adherence to deadlines, and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** \- Supervise technical teams responsible for telephone and internet service installation and maintenance. \- Ensure achievement of operational and quality performance indicators (KPIs). \- Monitor and validate technical support ticket handling processes, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. \- Conduct training and monitor field technicians' performance. \- Monitor proper use of tools and work equipment. \- Collaborate with other departments, such as technical support, to drive continuous process improvement. \- Manage work schedules and team dispatches. \- Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations. **Requirements:** \- Prior experience in the telecommunications field, preferably supervising field teams. \- Technical knowledge of telecommunications networks, structured cabling, fiber optics, and telephony. \- Team management, conflict resolution, and leadership skills. \- Basic understanding of ticketing systems and technician routing. \- Completed high school education (a degree in telecommunications, electrical engineering, or related fields is a plus). \- Valid driver's license Class B.
