A work culture that respects and values people We are looking for an **FWA Operator** to collect geographic location information for installation and maintenance of services, retrieve equipment in cases of service cancellation, and update customer records with data provided by customers—such as phone numbers and new addresses. Additionally, the operator clarifies questions regarding outstanding balances and provides guidance for customer reactivation, ensuring effective service delivery and necessary support for the continuity of FWA services.
