**Position dedicated to the role of FTTH Network Technical Assistant** Responsibilities: **Equipment Installation**: Assist in installing fiber optic cables, connectors, distribution boxes, and other equipment required for the FTTH network. **Maintenance and Repairs**: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on fiber optic systems. This includes identifying and resolving network issues such as signal failures or connection problems. **Testing and Diagnostics**: Conduct performance and quality tests on the network using specialized equipment to ensure installations function correctly and comply with established standards. **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of completed installations, including network diagrams, connection details, and any issues encountered during work. **Technical Support**: Provide technical support to customers and internal teams, helping resolve technical issues and answering questions related to FTTH network installation and operation. **Safety and Compliance**: Strictly adhere to safety regulations and operational procedures to ensure a safe working environment and network integrity. **Communication**: Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to ensure all aspects of installation and maintenance are completed according to project requirements and customer expectations. **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices in FTTH networks to improve work efficiency and effectiveness. Requirements for this position: * Reside in Linhares/ES * Minimum Education: Completed or currently pursuing High School (Secondary Education) * Proactive; Patient; Committed; * Skill in continuous improvement and process review; * Flexible availability, including night shifts, with mandatory on-call duty (mandatory on-call requirement). * Minimum 1 year of experience. * Driver's License AB * Smartphone (Android OS) + Data Plan Employment Type: Full-time, permanent CLT contract. Salary: Competitive with the local job market Working Hours: * 44 hours per week **\-** Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00, with a 2-hour lunch break; Saturdays, 08:00 to 12:00\. Additional Compensation Types: * 13th salary * Vacation bonus * Hazard pay * Overtime pay * On-call allowance, when scheduled for night shifts, holidays, and weekends.
