Job Summary: This FTTH Network Operator will provide external support, performing network connection installations and maintenance, ensuring personalized and excellent service with a focus on resolving customer demands and retaining customers. Opportunity to work in the Telecommunications field. **FTTH Network Operator \- AMO INTERNET** **Work Location:** Cruzeiro and Guaratinguetá/SP Provide external support to address demands related to new customer installations and network connection maintenance through personalized, excellent, clear, and objective service. **Main Activities and Responsibilities:** * Assist with FTTH installation; * Assist with aerial and underground optical cable laying; * Assist with maintenance of FTTH, FTTC, and UTP networks; * Assist with repairs to Backbone network (main power supply cable for the network); * Assist with removal of deactivated wires and cables; * Assist with replacement of splice closures and terminal boxes; * Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety in the work area; * Build customer relationships, focusing on resolving presented demands; * Support, guide, and direct customers to resolve connectivity issues and network instabilities, ensuring full use of the contracted service; * Always remain alert for commercial orders flagged by the desk leader; * Retain customers requesting cancellation; * Perform various related duties of the same nature as this position. **Education:** * Completed High School; * FTTH network courses desirable; * NR35 and NR10 courses desirable; * Technical course in Information Technology desirable; **Prerequisites:** * Driver's License \- Category B **Experience:** * Experience in customer service; * Prior experience in the Telecommunications field is a plus. **Knowledge:** * Basic computer skills; * Typing proficiency; * Basic residential network knowledge desirable.
