Job Opening for Financial Controller Description: A financial controller requires a combination of technical and behavioral skills, such as advanced knowledge in accounting and finance, proficiency in management systems and data analysis, as well as leadership, communication, and strategic business vision. It is essential to have proficiency in tools such as Excel, knowledge of tax legislation and accounting standards (chart of accounts, financial statements, etc.), and the ability to translate complex data into clear reports and information for decision-making. Responsibilities: * Accounting and Finance: In-depth knowledge of accounting, preparation of financial statements, cost analysis and cost center definition, budget planning and financial scenario analysis. Pricing and tax analysis of products/services. * Legislation and Standards: Mastery of tax legislation and familiarity with national accounting standards. Concepts of SCM and SVA. Tax incentive programs and simplified tax systems: Federal, State, and Municipal. Fiscal invoices models: 21 (old SCM), 22 (fixed-line telephony), 62 (new), 13 (general services ISS), 55 (commerce and e-books), debit notes (leasing). * Technology and Systems: Ability to use management systems, accounting software, data analysis tools, and solid expertise in spreadsheets such as Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of APIs and banking service file standards for integration between banking systems/functionalities and proprietary systems. * Data Analysis: Ability to analyze financial data and extract relevant information for decision-making, as well as create detailed and real-time financial reports. Selection and development of metrics (CAC, CAL, LTV, ...) for statistical/percentage comparisons with competitors and market benchmarks in the Telecom sector. * Auditing: Experience in audits and communication with audit teams, as well as the ability to implement received recommendations.
