Multi-channel customer service for sales and support. **Description:** ---------------- The Commercial Agent position is responsible for presenting and selling high-speed internet services, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving DigitalNet's established sales targets. Additionally, the role involves performing plan upgrade actions by offering more advanced and suitable plans tailored to existing customers' needs, thereby ensuring their continued satisfaction. This position is open to all candidates, including persons with disabilities (PCD). Key Responsibilities * Serve DigitalNet customers via messages and telephone calls, aiming to efficiently close sales and schedule installations for new customers. * Assist customers in upgrading plans, facilitating the purchase of additional services, and making adjustments such as upgrades and downgrades. * Re-engage and negotiate with customers whose plans were canceled due to request or non-payment, ensuring customized solutions that meet each customer's specific needs. * Contact customers to confirm scheduled installations to avoid unproductive visits. * Conduct post-sales surveys to assess customers' initial experience using the internet service and promptly address any potential issues. * Provide customer service regarding information or follow-up on requested service scheduling. Itamaracá. **Requirements:** ----------------- Hard Skills * Completed high school education. * Minimum 6 months of prior experience in sales or customer service roles, gained at external companies. * Proficiency in using computer systems. * Intermediate knowledge of customer service techniques. * Intermediate knowledge of sales and/or negotiation techniques.
