




Job Summary: A professional to support the sales team in after-sales activities, registrations, data validation, and interdepartmental coordination, updating systems and spreadsheets. Opportunity to apply organizational skills and attention to detail in processes. **Responsibilities:** * Support the sales team in after-sales activities. * Review and register contracts, proposals, and sales orders. * Validate customer data (individuals and legal entities). * Monitor the status of activations, installations, and cancellations. * Serve as the interface between Sales, Technical, Finance, and Customer Service departments. * Update control systems and spreadsheets. * Support commission calculations, sales targets, and commercial reporting. * Handle commercial pending issues and rework. **Requirements:** * Experience in commercial backoffice, preferably in telecommunications. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Aptitude for working with systems and processes. * Good written and verbal communication skills.
