Apply now and build the future of technology with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Collaborate directly with PMs, Tech Leads, and leadership to organize workflow and enhance delivery effectiveness; * Support backlog structuring, review, and prioritization, ensuring scope clarity, execution sequencing, and focus on value generation; * Identify and remove real delivery impediments, especially cross-team, cross-department, and vendor dependencies; * Step into execution as needed — leading alignment sessions, cadence management, follow-ups, and operational organization; * Improve delivery predictability and flow by reducing noise, rework, and excessive process; * Support PMs in preparing materials, organizing priorities, tracking deliveries, and decision-making; * Connect operational and flow metrics with concrete improvement actions; * Facilitate ceremonies when appropriate, without rigid adherence to frameworks or excessive ceremony; * Foster team and PM autonomy, avoiding over-reliance on the Agile Master role; * Operate within a transformation context, integrating practices, governance, and operating models across startups and corporate structures; * Apply AI tools practically in daily work to boost productivity, analytical quality, and operational speed; * Support PMs and teams in practical AI usage to accelerate material preparation, contextual synthesis, backlog structuring, risk analysis, delivery tracking, and information organization; * Identify tangible opportunities for simplification and efficiency gains via AI — without introducing bureaucracy or excessive tool dependency; * Leverage AI to support operations and decision-making, always applying critical thinking, validation, and accountability for output quality **Requirements and Qualifications** **1\. Backlog Management and Prioritization:** * Backlog organization and cleanup; * Scope breakdown; * Prioritization jointly with PM and Tech Lead; * Sequencing of deliveries; * Supporting MVP definition, scope cuts, and trade-offs. **2\. Workflow and Execution Management:** * Kanban and visual work management; * Bottleneck identification; * Tracking aging, WIP, throughput, and lead time; * Improving predictability; * Handling blockers and dependencies. **3\. Metrics-Driven Practice:** * Practical use of flow metrics; * DORA knowledge is a strong differentiator; * Ability to connect metrics to decisions and actions; * Interpreting capacity, risk, delays, and delivery variance. **4\. Cross-Team Dependency Management:** * Operational synchronization across squads; * Roadmap alignment; * Interface agreement development; * Follow-up until resolution — not relying solely on ceremonies. **5\. Outcome-Focused Facilitation:** * Leading ceremonies when necessary; * Workshops for prioritization, planning, and alignment; * Decision-making and impediment-removal conversations; * Less focus on “running the agenda”, more on generating progress. **6\. Product and Technology Knowledge:** * Strong interaction with PMs, engineering, and stakeholders; * Understanding of the development lifecycle; * Familiarity with discovery, delivery, incidents, technical debt, and operations. **7\. Tools:** * Jira, Confluence, and work management tools; * Spreadsheets and executive/operational tracking organization; * Collaboration tools such as Miro, Teams, Slack, or similar. **8\. Scale-up / Startup / Transformation Context:** * Experience in rapidly growing environments; * Contexts with low clarity, multiple demands, and need for structure; * Experience integrating startup culture with corporate governance is a differentiator. **9\.
