Coordinates communication with residents and service providers ### **️ Main responsibilities of a caretaker:** ✅ **Basic maintenance** * Minor electrical and plumbing repairs * Replacement of light bulbs * Inspection of pumps, gates, and elevators ✅ **Cleaning supervision** * Monitors the cleaning team’s work * Ensures common areas are organized ✅ **Care of common areas** * Inspects party rooms, garages, hallways, and gardens * Checks for damages or structural issues ✅ **Communication with residents or users** * Receives complaints * Informs management about problems * May guide visitors and service providers ✅ **Oversight of service providers** * Monitors technicians (elevator, pest control, maintenance, etc.) Minimum Education Level: Elementary School (1st level)
