His responsibilities include planning departmental activities, assigning tasks, monitoring production progress, and verifying that welding materials and equipment are in good condition. He also trains and guides welders, ensuring adherence to technical and safety standards, and inspects components before and after welding to guarantee compliance with company standards. His work is fundamental to ensuring the metal structures used in concrete components are robust and reliable, maintaining production flow and preventing issues that could compromise final product quality.
