




Job Summary: Customer service professional with basic technical knowledge in electronics to perform counter, cashier, and watchmaking support services. Key Highlights: 1. Inventory organization and cash management **NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN THIS ROLE IS REQUIRED, BUT EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BASIC TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE IN ELECTRONICS ARE MANDATORY.** **About the position:** – Serve customers at the counter, by phone, and via WhatsApp – Issue service orders and enter information into the system – Receive and process payments at the cashier – Organize inventory, label products, and verify stock – Assist the watchmaker with simple tasks (battery replacements, strap changes, polishing, basic adjustments) **Working Hours:** – Monday to Saturday: **1:30 PM to 9:50 PM** (1-hour break) – 2 to 3 Sundays per month, as per CLT — **2:00 PM to 8:00 PM** (15-minute break) – Days off correspond to worked Sundays **Salary:** R$ 2.271,00 + cash handling allowance R$ 454,20 = **R$ 2.725,20** + VT **Requirements:** Responsibility, commitment, honesty, punctuality, and references. **Preferred:** Reside on the island.
