Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for receiving, verifying, storing, and controlling supplies and materials, ensuring warehouse organization and participating in inventories. Key Highlights: 1. Receive and verify goods against invoices and purchase orders 2. Organize storage to preserve integrity and facilitate handling 3. Participate in the preparation of purchase orders and inventories Receive, sort, and store supplies and materials delivered by suppliers; verify invoices against purchase orders; check quantities, quality, and specifications; manage inventory. Ensure routine activities are being carried out. 1\. Receive goods and perform verification, comparing invoices/purchase orders with received items (brands, quantities, volumes, quality, and expiration dates); 2\. Organize storage of materials and products to preserve their physical integrity and usability according to each material's characteristics, as well as to facilitate location and handling; 3\. Identify goods; 4\. Record incoming and outgoing goods to facilitate restocking and inventory preparation; 5\. Participate in the preparation of purchase orders; 6\. Conduct/participate in periodic inventories; 7\. Record necessary information regarding performed activities; 8\. Organize the work environment and tools used after task completion and at the end of the workday; 9\. Perform related tasks; 10\. Report any irregularities found in tasks or workplace facilities to immediate supervisors; 11\. Be responsible for Health and Safety, and apply norms, procedures, and guidelines of the Health and Safety Management System.
