




We are looking for a creative and passionate Videomaker who loves telling stories through videos in diverse formats. If you’re passionate about creating impactful audiovisual content and have experience in production and editing for digital marketing, podcasts, and live events, we want to meet you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Create and edit institutional, promotional, and social media videos (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.). * Finalize videos with color correction and audio post-production. * Capture high-quality images and audio using lighting, framing, and sound recording techniques. * Develop scripts and storyboards in collaboration with the creative team. * Produce video guidelines (lettering, color guide, application of graphic elements). * Apply motion design and visual effects to make content more dynamic. * Work alongside the Digital Marketing team to create strategic and engaging content. * Adapt videos for different formats and resolutions, ensuring optimization for mobile devices and desktops. * Performance Tracking: Analyze viewing and engagement metrics, using this data to improve future projects. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree; preferably in Cinema and Audiovisual Arts, Radio and TV, Advertising and Public Relations, or Design. * Proven experience in video shooting and editing. * Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and CapCut. * Knowledge of Motion Graphics. * Familiarity with advanced lighting, framing, and audio recording techniques. * Understanding of video and audio SEO, including title, description, and tag optimization for platforms such as YouTube and Spotify. * Experience with social media strategies. * Strong familiarity with video trends and native social media formats, as well as platform-specific best practices. * Creativity to propose innovative visual and narrative solutions. * A proactive, collaborative, and idea-driven profile to enrich our content calendar and consistently deliver the best for our audience.
