Tender Assistant responsible for actively searching for tender notices, registering on portals, tracking proposals, and managing documentation.

**Tender Assistant****Main Responsibilities**
--------------------------------
* Conduct **active searches** for tender notices, procurement announcements, and opportunities on electronic portals (Comprasnet, BLL, Licitanet, among others);
* Monitor official gazettes and websites of potential clients (OSS’s, Municipalities, and State Governments);
* Perform **company registrations and updates** on public and private procurement portals;
* Initiate **contact with new clients**, schedule meetings, and support commercial agendas;
* Participate in and support the team during **internal and external meetings**;
* Track responses to submitted proposals and conduct follow\-up;
* Maintain **up-to-date institutional documentation control** (certificates, affidavits, forms, and other qualification documents);
* Organize physical and digital files related to commercial and tender processes;
* Complete and update **control spreadsheets**, performance indicators, and departmental deadlines.
**Requirements and Competencies**

* Prior experience in public tenders, public procurement, or administrative routines;
* Strong verbal and written communication skills;
* Organized, analytical profile with strong attention to deadlines;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate Excel is a plus).
**Working Hours**

* **Monday to Thursday:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
* **Friday:** 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
