We are seeking a committed and highly qualified professional to assume the important role of **Telesales Representative** at our company. **Key Activities and Responsibilities:** * Answer customer calls, promote discounted merchandise, close sales orders, and send faxes of promotional items to increase sales; * After closing a sale, register the order in the system, issuing two copies: one for the cashier and one for merchandise picking at the store for customer pickup; * Provide pricing information for merchandise to customers who request it via telephone; * Check daily inventory availability at the store to prevent lost sales and request items from the central warehouse (CD) as needed; * Forward documentation for new customers to the registration department to ensure customer approval and onboarding; * Prepare monthly sales reports to monitor and control sales performance, identifying opportunities to increase sales each month. **Interested?!
