Responsibilities and Duties: The Telemarketing Representative is responsible for conducting telephone-based customer service and sales for fiber-optic internet. This role involves both proactive and reactive customer contact, meeting targets, clarifying questions, and guiding customers toward optimal internet and streaming plans and packages. **✔️ Job Requirements** * Completed high school education (a bachelor’s degree in commerce is a plus); * Experience in customer service, sales, and technical support; * Basic knowledge of computer applications and customer service systems (CRM, chat, telephony); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to work with performance goals and metrics; * Preferred: experience in telecommunications, internet, or ISP companies. **Telemarketing Representative Duties** * Conduct inbound and/or outbound customer interactions via telephone, chat, or digital channels; * Present internet, telephony, and TV plans and packages (including plans, billing, installation, cancellation, address changes, etc.); * Record interactions in the system and update customer registration data; * Initiate and follow up on sales until contract closure; * Negotiate outstanding balances, customer retention, and loyalty when necessary; * Route requests to respective departments (technical, finance); * Follow scripts, company policies, and regulations set by Anatel and LGPD.
