Job Summary: Manage construction teams and supervise contractors to ensure execution of telecommunications network construction projects, maintaining quality standards and deadlines. Preparation of reports and review of compliance tests Job Details: Salary: R$ 3.646,88 + 30% hazard allowance = R$ 4.740,94 Working Hours: Monday to Friday (08:00 to 17:48) Work Location: SÃO JOSÉ DO RIO PRETO Requirements: Bachelor's or technical degree in telecommunications; Valid Brazilian driver's license category B; Availability for flexible hours and travel; Intermediate Excel proficiency. Knowledge of telecommunications networks and internal/external network construction; Ability to read project drawings and understand cable laying procedures; Basic knowledge of optical fiber cable splicing. Leadership profile with people management experience and team leadership experience. Benefits: Meal or food allowance – R$ 38.99 per day (Alelo card) / Medical Assistance / Dental Assistance / Pharmacy Benefit / Life Insurance / Funeral Assistance / Transportation Allowance / Annual Profit-Sharing Bonus (PLR) Responsibilities: Manage in-house construction teams; Supervise contracted contractors executing network construction; Inform the Operations Coordinator of required materials, tools, and resources for project execution; Monitor and supervise construction activities to maintain client-required quality standards and deadlines; Assess need for project modifications; Prepare photographic progress reports, as-built documentation, and status updates; Upon project completion, review tests to verify compliance with client requirements; Inspect all constructed network infrastructure to confirm adherence to planning and ensure compliance with client quality standards; Ensure all used materials meet established quality standards; Verify materials owned by Procisa/Embratel — compare supplied versus consumed quantities during construction.
