Service order handling Company in the installation/telecommunications sector is hiring: Responsibilities: * Install telephone lines, internet (fiber optic, copper), and subscription TV at customers' addresses; * Perform cable routing, connectorization, equipment mounting, and configuration; * Handle customer service orders related to connectivity issues, line faults, or signal problems; * Identify and correct defects in cables, connectors, splices, service boxes, and other network components; * Replace damaged equipment and conduct performance testing.
