Technical Support - Data Center (with experience)

Description

Job Summary: A professional responsible for installing and maintaining network equipment and links in Data Centers, monitoring the environment, ensuring structured cabling organization, and managing incident tickets. Key Highlights: 1. Installation and maintenance of network equipment in Data Centers 2. Proactive monitoring of network and server environments 3. Incident ticket management and technical documentation Perform physical installation of network equipment and links in the Data Center. Execute infrastructure checklists to ensure compliance and proper operation of the environment. Proactively monitor the entire network, link, and server environment, promptly identifying and escalating incidents. Ensure organization and maintenance of structured cabling (organization, labeling, and documentation). Keep technical documentation (including bayface diagrams, inventory, and operational procedures) for the entire Data Center infrastructure up to date. Handle and manage incident tickets through ITSM systems (e.g., Jira, GLPI). Knowledge of operating systems, networking, and applications is a plus.
