We are looking for a **Technical Sales Assistant** to support our sales team, interact with customers, and directly contribute to closing deals in the metallurgical sector. **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills (Office Suite and/or ERP systems); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of priority. **Desirable knowledge:** * Preparation of budgets and commercial proposals; * Familiarity with technical sales and commercial processes; * Experience using ERP systems; * Interest in or basic knowledge of technical/industrial products (metallurgical industry experience is a plus). **Your main responsibilities** * Support the technical sales team in commercial and administrative routines; * Attend to customers via phone, email, and other channels, performing initial commercial contact; * Assist in preparing and sending technical proposals and budgets; * Register and update customer, product, and negotiation data in the system; * Support gathering technical information from internal departments; * Track orders, delivery deadlines, and proposal status; * Organize documents, reports, and commercial records; * Support after-sales activities and customer relationship management (follow-up); * Act in accordance with internal policies, quality procedures, and commercial policies.
