Maintaining organization and proper use of work materials ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** * Perform cleaning and maintenance of internal and external environments, including floors, rooms, corridors, restrooms, common areas, cafeterias, staircases, elevators, and glass surfaces. * Collect regular and recyclable waste, properly packaging residues according to local regulations. * Restock hygiene supplies (paper, soap, alcohol, etc.) in designated areas. * Use cleaning products and equipment correctly, adhering to procedures and safety guidelines. * Maintain organization of environments and proper use of work materials. * Report abnormalities, material replenishment needs, or maintenance requirements to the immediate supervisor. * Provide operational support when required, such as light furniture movement, opening of areas, or assistance to other departments. * Strictly comply with company and client hygiene, safety, and professional conduct protocols. * Maintain a respectful, courteous, and collaborative attitude toward colleagues and facility users. * Perform related tasks according to competencies, as requested by the hierarchical supervisor. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Organization and responsibility * Attention to detail * Regular attendance and punctuality * Agility and physical fitness * Respect for rules and hierarchy * Ability to work effectively in a team * Discretion and strong interpersonal skills ### **JOB BENEFITS** Transportation allowance, meal allowance, dental plan. ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Employment Type:** CLT
