Work with fiber optic cabling and measurement equipment **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Responsible for on-site customer service, ensuring installation or repair of services via fiber optic cabling, enabling TV, internet, and telephone services; * Working in residential or commercial buildings; * Handling fiber optic splice closures; * Configuring equipment such as modems, routers, and decoders; * Ensuring service quality through the use of measurement equipment; * Meeting performance indicators related to productivity and quality. Performing other tasks of similar nature, complexity level, and responsibility.
