Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Technical Measurer specializing in facades and fenestration for execution-level measurement, report preparation, and direct support to project, production, and installation teams. Site vision and proficiency in reading construction drawings We are looking for a Technical Measurer with experience in facades and fenestration to perform execution-level opening measurements, prepare technical reports, draft measurement sketches, and provide direct support to project, production, and installation teams. The candidate must possess site vision and proficiency in reading construction drawings. Responsibilities: * Perform technical measurements for the production and installation of facades and fenestration (unitized, stick/grid, commercial facades, and residential lines); * Measure openings, plumb lines, levels, torsions, and civil interfaces, ensuring millimeter-level accuracy; * Identify interferences and document non-conformities prior to fabrication; * Prepare comprehensive, clear, and traceable measurement reports; * Interpret execution, architectural, and facade/fenestration drawings; * Validate civil conditions prior to measurement release (masonry, plumb, sills, lintels, finishes, etc.); * Monitor required on-site adjustments and communicate deviations to engineering/design, factory, and coordination teams; * Collaborate closely with project, installation, and production teams; * Ensure compliance with technical standards, regulations, and industry best practices; Requirements: * Proven experience in facade and fenestration measurement; * Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings; * Familiarity with measuring instruments: tape measure, laser level, square, plumb bob, etc.; * Knowledge of systems: unitized, grid/stick, residential lines (Gold, Suprema, Master, etc.); * Attention to detail and ability to work with precision; * Completed high school education (technical degree in building construction or bachelor’s degree in architecture/civil engineering is a plus); * Experience on medium- and large-scale construction projects; * Critical reading ability and capacity to detect interferences; * Organization, discipline, and excellent interpersonal skills with site teams; * Experience in surveying; Minimum Educational Requirement: High School (Secondary Education) * Medical assistance * Transportation allowance * Life insurance * TotalPass * Dental assistance * Meal allowance
