Ensure cost accuracy and proposal competitiveness JOB: ESTIMATOR Industry: Visual Communications Location: Assunção Neighborhood / São Bernardo do Campo / SP — must reside nearby Benefits: Meal Allowance — BRL 210.00/month; Transportation Allowance — based on employee’s itinerary, with a 6% payroll deduction; Profit Sharing (PLR) — amount per collective bargaining agreement, paid in two installments: March / July We seek an Expert Technical Estimator to join our team, tasked with optimizing and centralizing the budgeting process for complex and customized projects in Visual Communications. This professional will serve as the crucial bridge between client requirements, production processes, and commercial strategy, ensuring cost accuracy and proposal competitiveness, thereby enabling the sales team to focus exclusively on prospecting and client relationship management. Requirements: - Experience in budgeting within the visual communications sector. - Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in materials (banners, adhesives, rigid substrates, UV inks, etc.) and visual communications production processes (large-format digital printing, finishing, electronic welding, lamination, special cutting, application, and installation). • Analytical and Numerical Skills: Complex calculations, cost analysis, sizing, and development of pricing spreadsheets. • Advanced experience with ERP/CRM systems or integrated management software for estimation and production control. • Agility and organizational skills. • Education: Completed technical or undergraduate degree in fields such as Production Engineering, Graphic Arts, Product Design, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
